Location was perfect for walking and cathing the train. Clean and excellent sauna and steam room
The WiFi strength and stability was very poor in the room. Difficulty throughout the stay with the WiFi

The breakfast was by far the best I've experienced in any Berlin hotel - great selection, friendly hosts, made-to-order meals. the room was comfortable, the bathroom bigger than mine at home, and room service was especially good and efficient. The location cannot be beat.... steps from the U2 and bus routes, walking distance to the Mall of Berlin, the Brandenburg Gate, the Bundesrat, the Playce, Tier Garten, Victory Column, and more
The only note I have is that the lobby is extremely small, so every time you walk in or out, everyone working sees you

Breakfast was very disappointing. There was no hot food. I was provided with a tasteless omelette.
The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Do not let very bad breakfast destroy the reputation of your hotel.
Breakfast was horrible
