The room was spacious, bed comfy, the staff very helpful. The dining area is a quiet place to work properly. The room also has the required amenities to work well.
The room was very smelly. There was no VMC nor aeration in the bathroom, and stagnant water smell was very disturbing. Also, there was a motor noise every few minutes that was very unpleasant to sleep with - probably from the roof or outdoor passage nearby. Finally, there was no way to regulate temperature in the room, which was a bit cold for me.

Great location. You can easily park the car at the hotel and explore the city center on foot. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was good and the room was nice and comfortable. A great place to stay if you are visiting Berlin for the Marathon!

Great location, close to the city center, the subway and the Neue Nationalgalerie. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice but what I appreciated most was Anastasia. She was genuinely kind, attentive and caring with the guests and you could really see that she enjoys what she does. She made our stay feel much more personal.
I had made an earlier reservation and paid a deposit of over €60. When the next payment could not be processed from my card, the reservation was cancelled without any warning or chance to fix the payment issue.
