Hotel is walkable from Berlin's main station and the U and S bahns. It is in a quiet street and the room was large and in good order with a nice bathroom
We had problems with the door locks, which are connected to an over-automated check-in system, which involves no human contact whatsoever. The problems were solved when we rasied them, but did cause anxiety.

Good position, nice decoration, pleasant to stay, nice big bathroom. Preety charmy the place. Liked it
There is no elevator and you need to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor if you stay there, but it’s doable.
My room was heading the railway station and there was a lot of noise when the train is passing by. But if you have a deep sleep like me, this should not be a problem. It was even funny and part of the location charm.
And also the floor is kind of noisy, but again it’s kind of part of the charm.
I tried to extend my room with one more night so I could not do it from the app so talking to an AI agent on whatsapp didn’t work out so I had to book another place. It’s a pitty they lost a client.
Unfortunately you cannot leave your luggages there if you arrive earlier or you depart later but there is plenty of lockers, one right in the train station.

Breakfast was reasonable.
The Wi‑Fi signal was a bit weak.
The building seems quite old, with wooden floors that are noticeably noisy.
The stairs are steep and uneven, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
The hotel is very close to a bridge with a railway line, and trains pass throughout the night, causing significant noise.
