Excellent hotel, great location, we had terrible service from the start, luggage being misplaced, then they forgot the clean the room twice !!

Exceptional service from start to finish! Every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The service truly made my stay special.
The location was also perfect, especially since I was in Berlin to run the marathon. Being so conveniently located made getting around and managing race day so much easier. It was the perfect place to stay for such a special trip.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing breakfast selection
Nice and big room
Sophisticated lighting
Products shampoo etc not excellent and not many
Long queue for breakfast
Expensive breakfast
Mix up with room. No extra bed was set up for our group. Resolved quickly still lost 30 minutes. Hotel staff usually offers an upgrade or a second room for such cases which did not happen
