Location
Staff not very courteous, long lines at reception, no water or coffee available

Good location, close to metro but also within walking distance to attractions. Good value for money. Quick check in, friendly staff. All commented on what a good nice sleep we all had and how quiet the rooms were. Would recommend.
Nothing, everything was good.

Very helpful reception, especially pleasant Laura who tried to resolve all appeared issues, but not everything depended on her .
Poor cleaning: a lot of short dark man’s hair in the bathroom everywhere, lack of toiletries and sleepers , dirty sticky floor. After the claim , the cleaning team came and just wash the floor poorly again . Man’s hair left untouched … others things also was not changed (only sleepers and bathrobe provided).
Breakfast : extremely dried omlet and eggs , even not possible to cut with knife . Omlet with vegetables it is just a spoon of canned vegetables added inside the omelette . Very untasty.
