Close your eyes and you can almost hear the gentle sound of the Baltic Sea. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the beautiful, almost endless promenade and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. And just a few steps separate you from the desire to feel the soft, sun-warmed sand beneath your bare feet, soak up the sun, and listen to the sound of the waves. A free beach chair awaits you on the beach near the "Falkenthal Seafood" restaurant at the "Glaser" beach chair rental.

"Sunrise" Apartment:
The exclusive and quiet location promises a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your vacation in a cozy, luxurious atmosphere on a single level. The tastefully and luxuriously furnished 60 m² vacation apartment features four rooms and is located on the first floor.

Living room with dining area:
The bright, comfortable living area is equipped with a large, cozy corner couch, coffee table, reading lamp, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system with Bluetooth for playing your own music from a smartphone or tablet, and free Wi-Fi. On cooler evenings, a fireplace creates a relaxed, cozy atmosphere.
The living area also features a dining table with four comfortable Loom high-back chairs, adjacent to the open kitchen. From the living room, the balcony door leads directly to a sunny balcony furnished with comfortable Loom patio furniture, which is perfect for enjoying breakfast and sunbathing in peace.

Open Kitchen:
The bright and modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with every convenience: dishwasher, microwave, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, egg cooker, Fissler cookware, electric kettle, exclusive china (for 12 people), 60-piece cutlery set, and salt and pepper mills. A Nespresso coffee machine (Citiz & Milk) treats coffee lovers to delicious Crème Café, cappuccino, latte macchiato, and more, in addition to the traditional coffee maker. The spacious kitchen also offers plenty of storage space for your groceries. All cleaning supplies are provided free of charge.

Bathroom:
The naturally lit bathroom, featuring a walk-in, all-glass shower enclosure with floor-level access, is a true oasis of well-being: a monsoon ceiling shower and separate handheld showerhead, a heated towel rack, a large designer vanity, one bathroom cabinet with two large full-extension drawers, a large designer mirror, a hair dryer, and toiletries with a 5x magnifying mirror. There is a built-in radio here where you can play your own music via Bluetooth.

2 Bedrooms:
The “Sunrise” apartment has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are located next to each other and are fully equipped with two high-quality box-spring beds each (1.80 x 2.00 m; 0.90 x 2.00 m) as well as two armchairs. Both bedrooms feature 2 flat-screen TVs (1 with a DVD player) and 1 safe. In the single-bed room, a baby crib with a mattress (70 x 140 cm) can be easily set up. The bedroom windows are fitted with blackout pleated blinds (complete darkness!). One changing table is available.

Hallway:
The hallway is spacious and features a coat closet with a shoe rack, as well as a tablet for opening the door and an intercom system.

Starting in 2024, a garden sauna will be available (completion date to be announced!)
