The apartment is located on the third floor of the well-maintained Hanseat 1 vacation complex, which lies directly behind the dike. The fine sandy beach and the promenade are just a few steps away. From your balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The center of Grömitz—with its pier and many cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. A private parking space belonging to the apartment is available right in front of the building.
Spanning a cozy 46 square meters, this modern home—freshly renovated in 2025 and furnished to a high standard—awaits you in a prime location. The perfectly laid-out apartment accommodates three people and is easily accessible via the elevator. There are only six steps leading up to the building’s entrance.
Equipped with a cozy sleeper sofa and a spacious dining area, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation. Enjoy an evening of TV with the modern TV lineup. Alternatively, a modern internet radio with Bluetooth is available.
The open, well-equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a hot-air fryer, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee and capsule machine (Tassimo).
The bedroom features a spacious closet, a high-quality box-spring bed, and another TV. Blackout pleated blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Last but not least, enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a large mirror.
Two small dogs or one small and one medium-sized dog (up to 30 kg) are very welcome here! If you’re traveling with your furry friend, our dog beach (with beach chairs during the season) is just a few minutes away.
