In a quiet and exclusive location, a charming vacation home awaits you, featuring 3 separate vacation apartments: the Sunset Apartment for 4 people, the Sunrise Apartment for 3 people (max. 3 adults, 1 baby), and the Seabrise Apartment (8 people plus a baby).

Sunset Apartment (1st Floor) (for 4 people)

This tastefully and luxuriously furnished 70-square-meter newly built vacation apartment, completed in April 2017, features 4 rooms and is located on the 1st floor.

With a view of the sea and facing the sun, you’ll find yourself just a few steps away (max. 4-minute walk) from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the beautiful, almost endless promenade of Grömitz. Your very own beach chair awaits you here (included in the price!) (near the Falkenthal Seafood Restaurant).

The exclusive and quiet location promises a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your vacation in a cozy, luxurious atmosphere on a single floor.


Living/dining area:
Comfortable 4-seater buffalo leather couch, coffee table, reading lamp, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system with Bluetooth for playing your own music from a smartphone or tablet, free Wi-Fi, dining table with 4 comfortable Loom high-back chairs, board games, and much more are, of course, provided. Underfloor heating, designer hardwood flooring. Windows with pleated blinds. Balcony door with a separate screen door.
From the living room, the balcony door leads directly to a large southwest-facing balcony furnished with comfortable Loom patio furniture; from here, you have a beautiful view of the garden, where you can wind down the evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

On cooler evenings, a fireplace creates a relaxed, cozy atmosphere.

Kitchen:
The bright and modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with every convenience: dishwasher, microwave, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, egg cooker, Fissler cookware, electric kettle, exclusive china (for 12 people), 60-piece cutlery set, salt and pepper mills. A Nespresso coffee machine (Citiz & Milk) treats coffee connoisseurs to delicious crème café, cappuccino, latte macchiato, and more, in addition to the standard coffee maker. The spacious kitchen also offers plenty of storage space for your groceries. All cleaning supplies are provided free of charge. Radiant floor heating, designer hardwood flooring.


Bathroom:
The designer bathroom, featuring radiant floor heating and a full-glass shower enclosure with floor-level access, is a true oasis of well-being: Raindance overhead shower and separate hand-held shower, towel warmer, large designer countertop sink, 1 bathroom vanity with 2 large full-extension drawers, large designer mirror, hair dryer, toiletries, 5x magnifying mirror, 1 window with a pleated blind. Towels and bath towels provided free of charge.


2 bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are located next to each other and are fully equipped with 2 high-quality box-spring beds each (both 180 x 200 cm) as well as 2 armchairs. A safe and an additional flat-screen TV with a DVD player are also available in the second bedroom. Bedroom window with blackout pleated blinds (complete darkness!). Floor heating, individually controlled. Designer hardwood flooring. Ironing board and iron available.

Hallway:
Spacious coat closet with shoe rack, plus a tablet for opening the door and using the intercom.
