The apartment is located on the second floor of the well-maintained Hanseat vacation complex, which lies directly behind the dike.
The fine sandy beach and the promenade are just a few steps away.

The center of Grömitz—with its pier and many cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away.
A private parking space belonging to the apartment is available right in front of the building.
Spanning a cozy 46 square meters, this exclusive first-row home awaits you—freshly renovated in 2022 and furnished to a high standard.
The perfectly laid-out apartment accommodates two adults plus up to two children and is conveniently accessible via the elevator.
The living area features a spacious leather sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed in just one minute (sleeping area: 160 x 200).
Enjoy cozy TV evenings with the modern TV lineup. Alternatively, a stereo system with internet radio, CD player, and Bluetooth is also available.
The open, well-equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and a Tassimo coffee and capsule machine (Tassimo). Enjoy your meals in the tastefully decorated dining area.
The bedroom features a spacious closet, a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200), and another TV. A blackout roller shade ensures a restful night’s sleep.
Last but not least, a highlight of this beautiful apartment is the luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, plenty of storage space, and a large mirror.
Two small dogs or one small and one medium-sized dog (up to 30 kg) are more than welcome here! If you’re traveling with your little one, you can reach our dog-friendly beach (with beach chairs in season) in just a few minutes.

Wir durften einen Kurzurlaub in der wirklich schönen und sehr stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Es fehlen eigentlich nur 2 Decken, um auch bei kühlerem Wetter den Balkon genießen zu können. Einen Mini-Minuspunkt gibt es für die kleinen Echtfelle als Deko. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und alles Weitere ist auch gut fußläufig zu erreichen, wenn man fit ist. Die Verwalterin ist auch sehr nett. Es hat alles ganz unkompliziert funktioniert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir werden uns diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall merken und gerne weiter empfehlen.
