Close your eyes and you can almost hear the gentle sound of the Baltic Sea. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the beautiful, almost endless promenade and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. And just a few steps separate you from the desire to feel the soft, sun-warmed sand beneath your bare feet, soak up the sun, and listen to the sound of the waves. A free beach chair awaits you near the "Falkenthal Seafood" restaurant at the "Glaser" beach chair rental.

"Seabreeze" Apartment:
The exclusive and peaceful location promises a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your vacation in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere on a single level. The apartment underwent energy-efficiency renovations in spring 2023, including underfloor heating in all rooms, a ventilation system, new windows, etc.—tastefully furnished with new, modern decor in spring 2023 across 54 m². The 5-star vacation apartment features 5 rooms and is located on the first floor with its own mature garden and terrace. The entire stunning outdoor area, including the terrace and garden, has also been completely renovated recently.

Living Room:
The bright and inviting living area is equipped with a cozy corner sofa, coffee table, reading lamp, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Dolby Surround stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. There is also a dining table with four comfortable high-backed chairs. From the living room, the patio door leads directly to a large patio furnished with comfortable Loom patio furniture; from here, you have a beautiful view of the garden, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning sun or wind down the evening with a glass of wine. Patio door with mosquito screen. Floor heating. Living room ventilation system.

Kitchen:
The modern, high-gloss kitchen—newly installed in 2023—leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with every convenience: dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, filter coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machines for cappuccino and latte macchiato, separate milk frother, toaster, blender, egg cooker, brand-name pots and pans, electric kettle, exclusive china, 60-piece cutlery set, and salt and pepper mills. The kitchen also offers plenty of storage space for your groceries. All cleaning supplies are provided free of charge. Floor heating, separate towel warmer.

Bathroom:
The designer bathroom, featuring a floor-to-ceiling glass shower enclosure with walk-in access, is a true oasis of relaxation: Monsuun overhead shower and separate handheld showerhead, heated towel rack, large designer vanity, 1 bathroom cabinet with 2 large full-extension drawers, large designer mirror, hair dryer, toiletries with a 5x magnifying mirror. Underfloor heating.

2 bedrooms:
The 5-star “Seabreeze” apartment features two full-sized bedrooms, each equipped with high-quality box-spring double beds (180 x 200 and 160 x 200 cm). A safe and an additional flat-screen TV with a DVD player are also available in the second bedroom. The bedroom windows are fitted with blackout pleated blinds. Mosquito screens. Floor heating.

Hallway:
The spacious hallway features a heated coat rack (heated in winter) and a shoe rack.

Garden/Terrace (fully fenced):
The beautiful, fully fenced-in dream garden—redesigned in spring 2020—is lovingly landscaped and features a garden shed, a southeast-facing terrace with sun loungers, comfortable Loom garden furniture, and a brand-new (!) Weber Q1200 gas grill. Gas is not included. You can also access the mature garden from the street through a gate (ideal for dogs).

Dogs of medium size or smaller are welcome (for an additional fee of €10/day), A beach chair on the regular beach section is included in the price; on the dog beach, it’s available upon request for a fee.
