The villa offers you high-quality, well-appointed apartments, a high-quality underground parking garage, a lockable bike storage room, an elevator leading directly from the underground parking garage to your floor, as well as a laundry and drying room with coin-operated washer and dryer. You’ll find a state-of-the-art, well-maintained, and clean complex for the best weeks of the year.

Up to three people can enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation in this vacation rental.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a modern living room with a sleeper sofa, smart TV (cable), dining area for 3 people, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment). The beautiful south-facing balcony features 2 comfortable garden chairs, a garden lounge chair, a beach umbrella, and a sun lounger, which you’re also welcome to use at the nearby Baltic Sea beach.
The separate bedroom features a luxurious double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with easy access and a second smart TV.
From both rooms, you can access the enclosed, covered south-facing balcony, which can be used in any season and under any weather conditions.
The modern, wheelchair-accessible shower room/restroom with a hair dryer rounds out this beautiful apartment.
