Here, you’ll find 80 square meters of vacation comfort for the whole family. The 4-room, non-smoking vacation apartment No. 3 is located on the first floor and features a sunroom and a furnished terrace with a view of the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is one bathroom with a shower in the apartment. The three bedrooms are furnished as follows: one with a double bed (1.8 m x 2 m), one with a single bed (0.9 m x 2 m), and one with a bunk bed (0.9 m x 2 m). A washing machine is available in the basement (for a fee).
The numbered parking space is located on the parking deck (2 m deep). Internet access is available via a hotspot.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

A new building will be constructed on the neighboring lot starting in spring 2019.
