About this apartment rental
You’ll be staying at “WITTHUS,” Hansastraße 8, in Apartment 06 on the sunny side, right next to the promenade, the beach, and the many cafés and restaurants.
From the southwest-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a view of the sea and the main beach, which is about 100 meters away. Thanks to its size and ideal layout, this vacation apartment is perfect for a vacation with up to two children. An elevator is accessible via stairs. A bakery is located 80 meters away.
This approximately 54 m² two-room comfort apartment is located on the first floor with a wonderful sunny balcony and features light-colored laminate flooring throughout. It includes an entryway, a bright living/dining room with a leather sleeper sofa, coffee table, TV, and radio; a separate built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave/grill; a separate bedroom with a double bed (two single 80-cm mattresses) and a wardrobe; and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Please be aware of this.
Free Wi-Fi is available, but we cannot guarantee access in the event of technical issues.
Use of a parking space in the underground garage is included. The entrance to the garage is via the twin house at Neue Bergstraße 7 and has a height limit of 2m.
Note regarding use of the underground garage:
No station wagons! Park at your own risk; no station wagons, Jeeps, lowered cars, or roof racks;
The maximum dimensions for a car are 1.50 m* in height (may be higher depending on vehicle type); car width depends on the usable parking space width; 4.80 m in length; parking space load capacity of 2,000 kg; maximum wheel load of 500 kg. Please refer to the diagram in the property description. Height includes roof-mounted accessories such as roof rails, roof racks, antennas, etc.
If your car cannot be parked in this space, you can park in the large parking lot located only about 150 m away or along the sidewalk on Hansastraße.

Die Wohnung hatte einen guten Schnitt mit ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen.Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir den Zugang von der Tiefgarage ins Haus.Die zentrale Lage war optimal.In den 14 Tagen unseres Urlaubs haben wir nur die Fahrräder und die Füße gebraucht.In der Wohnung selbst war alles vorhanden zum täglichen Gebrauch und wohlfühlen.Wir können sie weiter empfehlen.
