About this apartment rental
You’ll be staying at “WITTHUS,” Hansastraße 8, in Apartment 07 on the sunny side. Just a few steps straight ahead and you’re at the beach.
The ocean view from the south/west-facing balcony on the 1st floor shows just how close you are to the main beach, which is about 100 m away. Thanks to its size and ideal layout, the vacation apartment is perfect for a vacation with one or two children. An elevator is accessible via stairs. No need to hunt for a parking spot—just tuck your beach gear under your arm and walk to the beach in your flip-flops.
Everything is so close—the beach, the sea… that’s what a vacation is all about! Pick up fresh rolls at the bakery just around the corner. Enjoy breakfast or a late breakfast on the partially covered southwest-facing balcony, or savor the evening sun with a glass of wine. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Gosch is within walking distance, Grande Beach Café is within walking distance—everything is within walking distance!
Use of a parking space in the underground garage is included. Parking space WE 07 is reserved for you. It is a designated parking space with a locking mechanism, so you can secure your spot against unauthorized parking when you leave the garage by car. The clearance height is 2 meters.
The apartment features a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. As a cross-sleeper, it is large enough to provide a good night’s sleep for adults and, if desired, to allow for separate sleeping arrangements.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two single mattresses) and a built-in closet. The closet in the living room can be used in part as additional storage. In the dining area, a third closet can be used to store coats and thick outdoor jackets. Overall, the storage space should be sufficient for up to 4 people.
The floors are tiled. Pets are not allowed. Smoking on the balcony is permitted only with the balcony door closed, provided it does not disturb the neighbors, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in the trash container as soon as possible rather than in the trash can.

Der seitliche Meerblick war durch einen Baum versperrt, ansonsten war alles Tip Top.
