This modern 3-room apartment (52 m²) in Scharbeutz, located in a very central yet quiet area, is on the 2nd floor and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The spa park, with its many recreational opportunities, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach and the beautiful beach promenade with its “Dune Mile” are only about 120 m away. Within 250 m, you’ll find the pier and many charming boutiques, restaurants, and cafes that invite you to stroll and linger.
The apartment itself features a living room with a sitting area and dining space for 4 people, a SMART TV (55-inch), a stereo system, a Blu-ray player, and Wi-Fi. The windows are decorated with vertical sliding blinds.
The open-concept kitchen is integrated here; with its excellent amenities, it ensures that cooking here becomes a culinary experience.
