Fabulous location and fantastic design
Food and drinks were to expensive for Iceland premium standard even. Especially the food was good just good.
The Spa facilities have potential. For a remote place
Like this I would encourage to built the out more luxurious and more options in general. The two person sauna is meager for a hotel this size.

Everything - it was just an amazing! Restaurant was great, breakfast was also very good, Buffett hot and cold with lots of choice & and options to order omelettes. I forgot to use the spa so very disappointed in myself!! Beautiful stay - Iceland is very expensive though!
Shower needed to be tended to as did not work well on first day. Check in was a little fast and no one shows you around because it’s far too busy with so many people this is not possible.

Location not bad, views from my room quite good
A lot of the staff were quite rude and had a lot of attitude. The concierge was always missing an action. The hotel purports to be five star but it's definitely nowhere near a five star hotel.
