Great location, lovely staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast with fresh bread and scrumptious flapjacks
Tiny bathrooms with inadequate shower space, including some broken tiles. Coffee at breakfast wasn’t great, and specialised coffee was charged extra. Not a wide variety of fresh and dry fruits.

The location was fantastic. The view from breakfast was superb.
Would have like to have access to a hotel restaurant.

Centrally located.
The shower and bathroom.

Great location, by the water and Harpa, but only a few mins walk to everything central. Functional, clean, well designed room making good use of space. Breakfast is on 8th floor looking out on the harbour and Harpa, not in a basement.
All a bit drab, grey, characterless.
