Staff was very helpful and always seem to go beyond ordinary attention and assistance.
Can't think of a thing.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable. We had breakfast one morning at the hotel restaurant and the food and value were good.
Probably my only complaint is noisy heavy footed neighbors above us the first night of our stay but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Location was amazing - right on the main strip and a short walk from all the things we wanted to see/do. Walkable from the main BSI bus terminal too - we're fast walkers so was about 15 mins for us. All the mian exclursions go from there so again, super handy location. The strip is really buzzy all evening with tonnes of resurants, bars and dessert places to choose from.
There is no informal lounge/lobby to sit and rest so when we wanted a bit of downtime we ended up sitting on the bed in our room. There are plenty of cafes near by so you could chill there but then you end up spending money. The hotel would be perfect if there was a lounge space.

The location was very convenient.
Parking is not included and can get rather expensive. Also the bathroom had a terrible odor when we walked in and there was no fan. The smell never really went away.
