The Meerchenwald Penthouse[nbsp] is in an excellent location—quiet, yet close to both the beach and the town center. The Baltic Sea, the kilometer-long sandy beach, and the lively town center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Timmendorfer’s promenade, with its diverse array of restaurants and select shops, invites you to stroll and linger.
This dreamy penthouse guarantees a high standard of living in a wonderful setting and offers every comfort for 4 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation near the beach. The penthouse is located on the 2nd floor and features two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200 and 160x200), a TV, and pleated blinds in some rooms to dim the light (no complete blackout), as well as an exclusive bathroom with a walk-in shower, located between the two bedrooms. A separate guest restroom is also available. The spacious living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the south-facing balcony, is furnished with a cozy sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. The state-of-the-art open-concept kitchen is fully equipped. Cooking takes place in the modern kitchen-dining area, which is fully equipped and furnished with a stylish sofa, table, and three chairs—inviting guests not only to dine but also to enjoy cozy get-togethers.
A designated parking space and bicycle storage are available on the property. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for shared use[nbsp] in the laundry room. There is no elevator.
