I really liked the location, the accessibility to the central town, and the staff. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and I had a lovely balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It needs a fridge, but that’s it! It would’ve been nice to have cold water and store some food in the fridges.

The hotel is a unique older building with a modern bathroom in the room. The room is small but well laid out with a balcony which made the room feel larger. The building is beautiful with a large skylight in the hallway of the top floor. The room had AC which was nice. The common/breakfast area was very clean and inviting and opened out onto a cute garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not an issue for me but this was a walk up and we were on the 3rd floor. The staff offered to help with our bags but we were traveling light and declined. I saw a stair chair that went to the second floor.

The staff is so nice and helpful especially when it came to setting up an uber to the train station, the man at the front desk helped us choose the right location to make sure we weren’t dropped off at the bus station. The rooms are pretty spacious and did not feel crammed like other hotels we stayed at in Portugal. The beds were pretty comfortable as well!
If you opt in for breakfast it is mostly pastries that is available. It’s not a very central location but still able to walk to places after a short walk.
