Location good. Quiet hotel. Great amenities. Very clean. Restaurant team excellent. Nicely presented rooms. Helpful reception staff.
Temperature of room far too warm and air con didn't reduce temperature.

My room was immaculate, and the friendly housekeeping team always made sure my water was replenished. The room service food was delicious, delivered fresh and full of flavor. The location is another big plus: right in the city center, close to everything.

breakfast was good - a little more gluten free options would help
pool facilities were very good
maybe a bit more variety on hot breakfast and having it cooked to order and more english breakfast tea

Parking and helpful staff
Situated in a run down area a long way from the river and tourist attractions, no good for anyone with disabilities or walking issues!
