Location and good size room.
Breakfast area a little cramped.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent: centrally situated, making it a great base for exploring the area. The facilities are also great and contribute to a comfortable stay.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was another highlight; the service was well-organized, and there was plenty of choice. Everything was kept well-stocked, and the service was friendly and efficient. Furthermore, a minor issue that arose during my stay was handled quickly and professionally.
All in all, I had a pleasant stay with excellent service. The combination of the location, the friendly staff, and the way any issues are resolved makes this hotel highly recommended.
Nothing.

Excellent customer service. After check-in, they actually escorted me to my room!
The morning breakfast was very plentiful, with the extra touch of fresh eggs cooked to order.
The bathroom layout. No parking. Small, narrow street; no parking (hey, you are in Portugal)

Excellent staff-friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very much at home. The breakfast was exceptional with thought given to varying tastes. We chose this hotel because of its location but our expectations were surpassed.
Only slight issue was the lack of privacy in the bathroom but I don’t think it can be helped in such an old building
