The downstairs facilities were lovely and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The location for us was perfect. Food for breakfast a treat and Blind restaurant a memorable experience.
The room decor was tired and in need of some TLC. Stains on bathroom floor and on the carpet. Bathroom not 100% clean. I did speak to the Manager and he went out of his way to try to put things right. Outstanding customer service.

Lovely building, comfortable rooms and the service was excellent.
The swimming pool is tiny.

Old place with a lot of history
Old place - too many staff providing little assistance. Needs a better manager.
