Clean and very well maintained hotel, good breakfast.
Be careful and ensure your given the same room your booked for, they tried to give us a smaller one in the name of upgradation, but corrected it and gave us the highest category room after they realised their mistake.

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff are just sooo incredible, and will do anything to make your stay wonderful.
In particular, Daria who is just amazing and caring, and makes your stay so welcoming and incredible, thank you Daria.
The hotel is beautifully decorated on the inside, and walking in from a hot day or afternoon in Hanoi old quarter, your are immediately treated with care and comfort, and refreshments.
Location is wonderful also, never too hard to walk to anywhere, near the lake also, and the buffet is fantastic with a huge range along with a menu you can order from also !
I would certainly book again at Solaria Hanoi Hotel, but honestly, if you are planning to book and stay, and a room is available at this hotel, I would not hesitate and book quickly and lock it in. Excellent place to stay

Location is great and nearby to many amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful and willing to listen to problems and complaints. Liam’s kindness and willingness to address issue are highly commendable.
Toilet in room 805 required overhaul or serious maintenance. Old building structure could be the root cause but the constant uncomfortable smell from the toilet make people sick when using the bathroom.
