Everything was great, especially the staff as others have mentioned, but one issue we had was that the temperature is controlled by the hotel, not the occupant. So it was a little warm for us, but after we expressed our concerns, they brought in an extra unit to cool our room down so we’re OK after that.

Been to Hanoi a few times and i could say that this hotel is my favorite. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi as it is in the heart of the Old Quarter and just steps away from the lake, the train street, night markets and heaps of restaurants and stores. The staff at the reception and sales are all very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Henry who went above and beyond to ensure that my family will have a pleasant stay in Hanoi. Thank you guys !

The staff were very helpful and breakfast included was a nice touch. The location was very convenient which was the best part. Also the air conditioning in the rooms was very good and kept us cold on the hot days
