We had a really lovely stay at Lheritage Diamond Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location, but what made our stay special was the hospitality. A special thanks to Jame at reception and Ha at breakfast, who were both incredibly helpful and friendly. All the bellboys were also so kind, welcoming and always ready to help. Everyone made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We’ve stayed at a few more hotels in Vietnam since then, and honestly, none of them come close to the hospitality we received here. It’s not something you find everywhere, and having stayed at other hotels afterwards, it really made us appreciate the service here even more. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi!

The staff were very enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean—some large, some small—but overall definitely worth the price. I rarely write reviews, but I felt I should for this hotel so others can make the right choice. Thank you very much!
