Location was terrific.
Cleaning of rooms. Always a delay.

Great location for discovering Melbourne with a hotel that met all expectations.
Only one complaint…….after paying $28 for breakfast which was fine you were then expected to pay extra for decaf coffee. The hotel needs to resolve this as I’m sure it has been simply overlooked. Also no decaf Tea anywhere in the hotel.

The view was amazing, the pool was great, the bathroom in the room was so spacious and nice, the bed was so comfortable
For a deluxe suite it was smaller than we thought it would be. The shower tap wasn't broken per se but it kept falling off like it wasn't installed properly and the switch from the shower head to the hose attachment kept getting stuck in.
