The location was very good. Lots of parking handy for a rental car. Handy to the CBD
The kitchen could have had more glasses plates and equipment

I like that they have washing machine so I can clear my laundry before flying home. It is also near shopping malls like Myer and David Jones. It is walkable to almost everywhere and taking the tram is free in cbd.
One of the female staff is really friendly and approachable, we appreciate her help when she saw me with many luggages and a toddler with me and my husband has to return the car back to the car rental company.
A cot is also set up for my girl to sleep in and play in so we really enjoyed our stay.
A bit old and the filter of the dryer kept dropping out and not all staff are very helpful.
Room refreshment is limited to towel change only so if you need bed to be tidy up they may not have that house keeping service daily.
