Great central location within distance of all attractions, breakfast was fantastic
Bit dated but didn’t affect our stay

Close to the city centre and room was clean
No parking available, website said you could pay on arrival. Ryan on reception told me I couldn’t and to move my car, was quite rude. Couldn’t put keep the heater on as it smelled like burning metal, water in the shower was luke warm. I mentioned this at reception and was told someone would come and look at it but never did. Both encounters with Ryan were short and a little abrasive as if I was an inconvenience. Only one plug socket for the entire family room. As a family of 4 we had two mobiles we wanted to charge overnight and the children had an iPad that we wanted to charge but couldn’t as there was only one socket available
