The apartment was perfect, very spacious, clean and in a convenient location. Despite being central we never heard anyone else in the building. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others
The only thing missing was a light at the dressing table

Best bed - comfort, linens and pillow - of our 3 week trip to the United Kingdom!! Stayed in 12 different hotels. Linens not exactly as reflected in photos. LOL. Good location. 10-12 min walk from train station. Lots of room for rate paid. There is a coffee shop in the front of the aparthotel. Had "breakfast" there the next morning. Thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with the 2 men working that day. Super pleasant and had a great a conversation about many things. Interacted with another couple in the coffee shop also who lived there. Memorable experience and great latte and huge croissant.
A bit confusing to enter the aparthotel. Took a bit of help from others. The interactions with the staff didn't feel that warm.

Room was modern and pleasant enough for two people. Access was easy and only a short walk into town.
Location was ok until the Wednesday which is student night in York and a nightclub at the bottom of the street which we weren't aware of. Had a steady stream of noisy people passing our windows which affected our sleep. We were on the street level and had 4 windows to the front street and side of the property. Bedsheet had some bloodstains on it which we didn't notice until the first morning (they were hidden beneath pillows - probably a cut finger). This was not caused by us but in fairness the staff dealt with it and changed the sheet promptly once we notified them.
