Beautiful decor! Very comfortable room. Bathroom was stunning!
The plug in the bath didn’t work properly and the bath kept draining away 😕

The Location
Breakfast overpriced , coffee and milk never replaced and the fridge wasn't working so when we bought milk there was no where to store it. Not enamoured with a view of a wall

Loved the interior of the old style decor. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Just a beautiful bedroom and bathroom.
FOR ONE THING THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. My granddaughter bought some bubble bath and. was so excited to soak in the very large tub..NO HOT WATER. So the three of us left dirty to catch our train. There is no one in the lobby past 4pm. Another disapointment was the winding long stairs! The winding long stairs were beautiful however a 70 yr old woman who had recent knee surgery , it was dangerous.Don't know if the website for Hanover reveals that there is no elevator and walking up two floors was bad for me.. I assumed I would be reimbursed for a certain amount or a credit. it didn't happen. The room was pricey and the taxes put the price above a five star hotel.
