Great location and very well appointed.
Biit expensive for one person, one night and no facilities such as a lounge or restaurant. Room was very nice and suitable for a family.

It has an amazing location, close to Princes Street, with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and comfortable.
Our room had a small hole in the floor that caused us to trip on several occasions, and the bathtub was a little difficult to get in and out of because it was quite high. However, all in all, we had a pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Edinburgh.

Clean and nice room
NO VIEW from window, on small inner court...
Welcome was not so friendly. Absolutely no Scottish feel to this place...
Hotel has no own breakfast, you have to go to another restaurant across the street
