Central location, lovely hotel, nice decor. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Especially when airline cancelled our flights. Breakfast was lovely on first day but only ok on second- undercooked eggs my bug bear… the blubber from an under cooked egg must be avoided. We will be back to check some more - flights permitting…
Room was a bit cold but resolved with staff providing a room heater.

The staff were friendly and accommodating on arrival and throughout my stay. The room was ginormous, modern, clean and well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised for the price. Would definitely stay again when I’m in town

This small boutique hotel is simply beautiful with a lot of quaint charm. The location is perfect as it is close to the train station and within walking distance to many great locations. The large bathroom and luxurious tub was an added bonus!! I will for sure be staying here on my next visit to Edinburgh.

Great location
Crowd came out of casino over the road at 0400 - very noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise too - so take earplugs! Bathroom obviously recently refurbished- but needs snagging - not properly finished and smart new shower floods floor
