The location, how clean it was and the staff was very nice.
There is no elevator so difficult for people with disabilities but they do bring your luggage up for you.

Wonderful little hotel with beautiful views of the Firth of Forth. Comfy bed & loved the attention to detail with having a “Happy Birthday” sign and balloons for my special weekend celebrating! Highly recommend!
