Proximity to the city. The staff were friendly and always helpful especially the handy man who came to fix my fridge.

Clean, helpful staff, a lot of things to buy in the lobby, good environmental impact, walking distance to city centre and right by a Metro station. The location felt dangerous (a lot of mess outside on Saturday night when we arrived) but we had no trouble in the end.
Very firm pillows.

Small rooms, somewhat outdated.
Bathroom needs overhaul and looked as it needed better cleaning but it was likely due to long time since last overhaul.

Overall good basic experience, not extraordinary. For the same price we have experienced better hospitality in Brussels
No room cleaning despite asking
