The location is excellent, right next to a metro station and within walking distance of Brussels-North railway station.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We arrived at around 9 AM to leave our bags before heading out to explore the city. The staff were kind enough to accommodate an early check-in and an late check-out, which we really appreciated. However, as we visited during the off-season, this flexibility may not always be available.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly service!

Fantastic modern boutique hotel, excellent facilities and very clean.
Distance to the centre and noise of sirens constantly.

The location is perfect, all things are on walking distance.
Staff are very cooperative and last but not the least the excellent breakfast.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Close to the city centre, close to metro station, close to Gare du Nord.
The rooms are small, which is not terrible but the bathroom was almost unsuable, too narrow. The fire alarm went on due to steam but with how cramped those rooms are the fire alarm system is too sensitive.
