great location very good hotel overall

The hotel has perfect and very central location. The level of noise is acceptable for the location. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Upon check-in, I was sent to a room that was already occupied and disturbed the woman who was already sleeping. This was highly inappropriate and negatively affected my view on the hotel.

It’s super convenient to the main center, all walking distance, hotel itself was very a spacious and clean, there is a bar in lobby along with their own restaurant. A big lounge area to hang out incase you have a late flight.
Super close to Rogier metro station too. Got a room upgrade with good views.
Our upgraded room the ac was slightly warm which when we checked it was centralised ac, when we informed reception. They offered to switch rooms.

Great location, good sized room.
Airconditioners in shaft rumbling, overall the hotel looks great as a facade but needs some renovation.
