This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and a lot of that was due to the incredible staff, who were all so unbelievably kind and professional, and committed to making your stay so special. The service was unmatched. As for the hotel itself, everything is so thoughtfully curated and as classy as it is cozy. Everywhere you look is something beautiful. Our room was something out of a storybook, super clean, really comfortable bed, nice shower. Could not recommend this place more. Would absolutely love to stay here again if ever given the opportunity.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fleur de Ville and would return without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s elegant atmosphere, beautiful design, and attention to detail. Everything felt luxurious while still being warm and welcoming.
The highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed, making us feel truly valued as guests.
The hotel was also spotless. Our room and all public areas were impeccably clean throughout our stay. The room itself was stylish, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city.
The location is another huge advantage. Many of Brussels’ main attractions, excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops are within walking distance, and public transportation is easily accessible, making it very convenient to explore the city.
Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. Fleur de Ville perfectly combines outstanding service, exceptional cleanliness, a beautiful atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels and can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

The staff always was on top of things and seemed to always know or make sure to know ( if it was our first meeting) which room we were in. They asked about our daily plans and inquired upon our return. Room had a garden view and wall maintained daily and always clean.
