The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the iconic Grand Place in Brussels, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The train station is also only about five minutes away on foot, which adds to the convenience.
The hotel staff were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was exceptionally spacious, with elegant, regal-inspired décor that gave it a luxurious and charming feel.
The buffet breakfast offered a decent selection, although the choices for vegetarians like us were somewhat limited. Nevertheless, we found the available options sufficient for a satisfying breakfast.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, spacious and elegant rooms, and outstanding hospitality.
The only minor inconvenience was the hotel's accessibility when handling luggage. The elevator is located about 7–8 steps above the entrance level, requiring guests to carry their luggage up and down the stairs. There are also steps leading to the lobby. However, the staff were very accommodating and kindly assisted us with carrying our luggage up to the elevator.

Beautiful y decorated. We’re very helpful on line with booking tour
Found a long hair in bed and then found. Some kind of dried item also in bed. Put it in small bag and showed it to front desk. They said it was not bug( I agree) but still was not pleasant. Wasn’t looking for compensation but though a mild adjustment was warranted
