The way to Haram is difficult like hill climbing

The location was right infront of the Haram. There was plenty of food options scattered all the way around the property. Everything was very easy to get to. Taxi rank right outside for ease. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Very efficient. We were given a gorgeous room with Haram view, it was very spacious and perfect for us with our 3 children. Such a beautiful experience! We highly recommend this hotel!
Nothing not to like.

Location is amazing its few min walk to masjid Al Haram and close to many places to eat and supermarket. Breakfast was great , many options. Staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in reception to restaurant staff, housekeeping all were great. Room clean and very spacious, comfy beds.

Nothing
The check-in.
The paid breakfast was in small restaurant because the big restaurant was fully reserved for group of people.
The whole experience was normal, nothing special.
