Everything! Starting from the front desk. To the fact that we were upgraded to a suite with Haram view, literally stunning. I was concerned a bit about distance but it was incredibly close, it took me less than 5 minutes to reach the Haram courtyard taking the stairs in front of the hotel to reach the hillside area then the escalators near Address hotel e voilà! Though you will likely never need it as both golf cart buggy and shuttle service are 24/7 available. Both will drop you close to Haram main gate. The suite was clean well equipped, cleaning staff always available. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. Briefly, i enjoyed every moment of my stay. Hope will have the opportunity to come back soon!
