It was very close to the mosque, very comfortable and convenient with children. House keeping NURUL ISLAM (trainee) was very good with cleaning the room. Did exactly what we asked for. The reception staff, MURADE AL ZAHRANI was very helpful with check in and check out. We checked out a bit late and he was helpful with that. I would definitely recommend Makkah towers. This is the 2nd time I have stayed and both times it gave me and my children and very nice experience
The lifts were not too good. Only a few were working and at times we had to wait for over 20 mins for the lifts to arrive. This was the really disappointment

We had a fantastic stay at Makkah Towers, Tower 3, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, and the hotel was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Makkah. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality, kindness and professionalism of the staff. A huge thank you to Musa, our bellman, Musa from room service, and Abdulrahman Zahrani from the bell team. Every one of them was outstanding, welcoming, helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. There were also so many other members of staff who provided a 10/10 service, and although I cannot remember everyone’s names, I genuinely appreciate every single one of them. Their kindness and dedication deserve recognition. The team made us feel genuinely cared for, and we are incredibly grateful for their hospitality.
The main downside was the lifts. There were only three lifts serving the hotel, which simply did not seem sufficient for the number of guests. We regularly had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for a lift, which was frustrating, particularly during busy periods when many guests were travelling to and from their rooms. This could be especially inconvenient for families with children, elderly guests and people who may struggle to stand for long periods. Improving the lift capacity or management would make a significant difference to the guest experience. The staff and hospitality were excellent, but the lift situation definitely needs attention.

Outstanding location, old but clean and luxurious property.
Notice requested window shades to be closed during daytime “because of renovation works”, but no works visible.

The best part about this property was its close proximity to the Haram. It was very convenient for prayers and made it easy to go back and forth, especially with the family and young children.
The hotel is quite old and badly needs remodeling and renovation. The carpet in the room had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience. The entire property needs significant updating and maintenance. Another major issue was the elevators, which were too few and very slow, especially during prayer times when the hotel was busy. Improving the elevators and renovating the rooms would make a big difference in guests’ comfort and overall experience.
