The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, lots of variety and very delicious. Staff were helpful and very polite. Close enough to haram, one can get there in 6 minutes or so. The rooms were really spacious and reasonably comfortable, a few improvements can be made to the rooms though.
The room carpets need deep cleaning! The bathroom of the room we were assigned had drainage issues as well (the shower slope was done incorrectly so stagnant water stays pooled on one side), which left us with very bad odours coming into the room the first few days. When we complained they sent a cleaning team but I feel they need to do a permanent fix

The hotel is tidy and clean. All the facilities are wonderful.
When i came a bit early at 13:00. The stuff requested from me to wait until 16:00 as my reservation was from booking not direct. And they started to negotiate me to upgrade my reservation to a suite with a total cost of 1300. Eventually, I gave up and paid an extra 1000 SR to check into the hotel because I was tired from traveling for four hours by plane and one hour by car.
