Our stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and efficient and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The location is outstanding, right next to the Haram, making it incredibly easy to go for prayers and return to the room to rest in between.
Cleanliness was top-notch throughout. The room was immaculate and the restrooms were pristine, exactly what you’d hope for from a hotel of this standard.
Our room had a Haram view, which was lovely to wake up to. The Kaaba itself was only barely visible since a minaret blocked most of the view, so if seeing the Kaaba clearly matters to you, it’s worth asking about the specific room view when booking.
Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options and great service. It was easily one of the highlights of our stay.
We also appreciated that the staff regularly checked in to ask for our feedback during the stay. It showed they genuinely cared about making sure everything met our expectations.
Parking was included in our package. If yours isn’t, it costs SR 250 per day, so it’s worth checking when you book.
The only downside is that you need to change elevators to reach the Haram, which is common across the Clock Tower hotels. It adds a few minutes but is a small inconvenience given how close you are.
Check-out was just as smooth and hassle-free as check-in. Overall, Raffles Makkah Palace offers a luxurious, comfortable, and spotless stay in one of the best locations in Makkah. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Location and luxury . The staff are respectful and cooperative
They mentioned that the presidential suite is harm view , but all the presidential suites are partial harm view. This is should be corrected in their website and all the booking applications.
