Facilities are amazing, especially the free / unlimited use of the onsen

Great onsen and the Happy hour Bar was very generous. 2 night stay with the bfast option which is well worth it. 15min walk from Awara train station.

I stayed for three nights while attending a conference at the Osaka International Convention Center. Both the room and bathroom were very clean, and the public bath was also excellent.
I really enjoyed the complimentary drinks. Check-in was done using a machine, but when I looked a little confused, a friendly staff member with a lovely smile quickly came over and helped me.
Fresh towels and bottled water were provided every day, and pajamas were also available to borrow free of charge.
Nothing!
