Our regular hotel when in Richmond. The Management (Richard) and Kelly upon check in were excellent and very welcoming. It’s a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast, very comfortable beds, shower, linens and bath items.
You won’t regret your stay at this lovely hotel! Kudos to all who work here

I don’t even know where to start. Kelly on reception was phenomenal, get customer service is beyond excellent. The hotel itself is stunning, clean, tidy, the food as arranged by Kelly was absolutely amazing. Location is superb. We just loved this place
Room was a little small however only a very minor criticism as we would stay in the same room again

Beautiful room, good facilities. Very cold! Air con to extreme! Nice breakfast.
Very noisy guests, freezing air con made you feel chilled to the bone.
