Lovely hotel with lots facilities for all types of stay. A team that goes above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay a wonderful and memorable one.
The decor is dark and in winter it is dark inside.

We had an amazing pamper party for my daughter’s 10th birthday. Loads of friends turned up and staff supplied chairs so they could soak their feet! Tv wasn’t working but staff quickly fixed the issue hence why I gave 10/10 for facilities
The over head shower!! Turned shower on the wrong way and water completely soaked me!!

We booked based on past experience from 10yrs ago. The property has some nice facilities, like the spa and indoor pool but sadly staff were not very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was good value.
Having booked and prepaid for 3nights and also made a spa reservation on day of arrival, we were not permitted by hotel staff to check in early and consequently spa session could not be charged to the room. Spa staff were very unwelcoming and made the entire massage/ jet lag relaxation experience very uncomfortable.
Said that the hotel interior itself is in desperate need of an update, clearly it has not been looked at since we last stayed.
