Location excellent, tube station 2 minutes away and Richmond centre minutes away also. Separate access in and out so you don’t have to walk through the pub. Coffee & tea in am with pastries set us up for the day. Food in pub fantastic we loved our stay here and will come back. Everyone at the pub was friendly and helpful
Nothing it’s awesome

Incredible staff, warm welcome, property as described in the listing, excellent location and attention to detail is outstanding. Loved every part of our stay and even extended it to enjoy more. Two weeks in the UK and this has been by far the stand out place to be

The bar and restaurant was great. Good service and good food. Accross from the train station was so convenient. The rooms were very well equipped and extra clean. I recommend this hotel.
The rooms are upstairs and no elevator.

Clean, tidy, good location. Enjoyed the stay here
I left something in the room and they didn’t bother responding to my message about lit. Put a damper on the stay
