Close proximity to where I needed to be, enough parking, and good value for money.
Staff at check-in wasn't trained enough and wasn't too sure about the process, no WiFi password was provided, bathroom was very dated (but clean, no issues with that).

We liked the fact that we were allowed to book in early in order to change for a wedding up the road. The Car Parking was included, which in this area is a bonus. Also, the location is very good with views towards the Thames in the distance.
Rooms were very basic with one bedside table and no TV. The extractor fan just seemed to make a noise.

It's fine for what it is and near to the river and to Richmond Park where we had an event the next day. But its really quite tired and uninspiring. The road facing rooms are noisy.
Noise. Tired facilities.

"A very cosy hotel with pub food and drink available. Lovely room and very comfortable bed."
