It was clean and cosy, there was a bath tub, fresh fruit and coffee/tea at the reception, the decor was very nice, the stuff nice and helpful.
Nothing to complain really. We come from Sweden so we found the room very warm when we arrived but we fixed that easily by turning low the heater.
We knew there was no lift before booking, so accessibility can be an issue, but we were okay with taking the stairs to our rooms.

Lovely helpful staff. Life saver after moving from 1st place to due excessive noise! Had a great nights sleep & would go back
Hard to find at night but they might have been just me!

It was a simple useful hotel in walking distance of the city centre. Good sized room. Warm, had everything you needed in the room.
I think the cost was steep for what it was, but i guess that is Edinburgh prices.
